Each session will consist of some time devoted to power skating, high up tempo flow drills, and individualized skill drills designed to help you improve upon your game.

8 Week Learn to Play Hockey Program
Our introductory hockey program is designed and focused to teach basic skating and fundamental hockey skills. This program, designed for children ages 3 - 8 with little or no skating experience, is specifically geared to introduce an enjoyable learning experience on the ice at an early age so each and every player will look forward to playing more hockey!
(Dates & Times TBD, Price $199 per 8 week session) This program ideally would be run along with the Learn to Skate Program.
Power Skating & Skills Academy
Our Hockey Academy will be structured for players looking to train in a highly intensified environment. Each session will maximize a players skill level through our power-skating, stick handling, passing, shooting and up tempo flow drills. This program is designed for the intermediate and more advanced player.

Goaltending Clinics
Our goaltending clinics will be designed to provide a wide variety of different styles and coaching that will help suit each goalies abilities. Each session will consist of different goalie stations that will work on skating, glove and blocker positioning, lateral movement, playing the puck, and much, much more.

Private Lessons/Group Lessons
Our private lessons will allow player(s) the opportunity to work 1 on 1 or in a small group setting with one of our world class coaches. The lessons are designed to focus in on a player(s) individual skill that may need some fine tuning to help them become a better well rounded player mentally and physically.

Off-Ice Strength and Conditioning Program
Our off-ice strength & conditioning program will consist of a series of hockey specific workouts focusing in on developing the fast twitch muscles that will help a player become faster on the ice. Each session will concentrate on core strength training which has been proven to help hockey players stay healthy and grow stronger.

Adult Hockey League Info:
Divisions
- 040 Div – Sunday Nights Starting Nov 1st at 6:40pm
- C-Div – Monday Nights Starting Nov 2nd at 7:30pm (C-Div will be provided with Jerseys and Socks)
- B-Div – Tuesday Nights Starting Nov 3rd at 7:45pm
- A-Div –Wednesday Nights Starting Nov 4th at 8:45pm
- 050 Skate – Saturday Mornings or Saturday Afternoon (Dates & Times TBD) (The 050 group will play once a Month)
- Women’s Division (Dates & Times TBD)
Lunch Time Hockey
- 12 noon - 1:30 pm Tuesday & Thursdays starting September 3rd
- Cost $15 dollars per player
- Limit to 20 players and 3 goalies
PBIW Adult Hockey will be dedicated to having a great experience
on and off the ice, after all it’s all about the experience.
We at PBIW are looking to grow a league with players who realize that everyone has to go to work
the next day. Our skates will be competitive, with refs. We are only looking to attract players with the
same interests who want to play in a fun and safe structural league without the fights, disrespect, etc.
Our goal here at PBIW will be to form leagues that are made up of a great group of people who enjoy
the game of hockey.
Palm Beach Ice works is the only State of the art Training Facility in South Florida with an Olympic
size sheet of ice 200 by 100. We are equipped with the only 2 Laser Guided Olympia’s in Florida to
provide our customers with the best sheet of ice. State of the art Locker Rooms and NHL size player’s
benches.
