Brendan Donald

8U Head Coach

A native of Brick, NJ, Brendan grew up playing his youth hockey for the Brick Hockey Club and played for ACHA Div. II Monmouth University where he earned his BS in Business Management in 2001. He continued to stay involved in the game by assisting in various clinics and summer camps throughout central and northern New Jersey. Brendan served as Assistant and Defense coach for Jonathan Dayton HS, in Union, NJ and goaltending consultant/coach for the NJ Titans Bantam level. Prior to moving to Florida, he was a part of the coaching staff for Manasquan High School for two seasons, assuming multiple roles as head goaltending coach, running practices, as well as assisting in off-ice conditioning programs and scouting. His desire to continue coaching has been shaped by his love of the game and a few of his fellow teammates that currently oversee teams at the youth, HS and Junior Levels.

Ryan Sittler

Hockey Director & 16U AA Head Coach 

Ryan Sittler Canadian-born American Professional ice hockey left winger who played in the American Hockey League (AHL). He is the son of Hockey Hall of Famer Darryl Sittler. Ryan was born in London, Ontario, but grew up in Buffalo, New York. Ryan was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the first round (7th overall) of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. With the selection he and his father became the first father and son selected in the top ten in the draft's history, Darryl having been selected 8th overall in 1970. He played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines. Ryan turned pro following his sophomore season at Michigan. As of 2012 he was the Director of Youth Hockey at Palm Beach Ice Works and currently lives in Palm Beach County, Florida with his family Heather,  Luke,  Alec, and Bradyn.


Bob Prier

12U White / 14U AA Head Coach

NHL PRO ATHLETE - Boston Bruins draft pick (1996), signed with Ottawa Senators. St. Lawrence University Captain.

NCAA Division I Head Coach at Princeton University (2011-2014). Associate Head Coach/Assistant Coach at St. Lawrence University (2001-2011). Assistant Coach at Denver University (2000-2001).

YOUTH SPORT EXPERIENCE - Palm Beach Breakers Skills Coach (2015-Present), Palm Beach Breakers Mite Coach (2015-2018).

Dan Hoffelich

12U / 14U  Coach 

Dan grew up in Michigan (Metro Detroit), he stepped on the ice at age 3 and never looked back. His playing and coaching consists of (MAHA) Michigan Amateur Hockey Assoc, Michigan High School Hockey (MIHS), Great lakes Junior Hockey League - Motor City Chiefs (Detroit, Michigan). Dan is a Level 4 Coach living in Palm Beach County where he coaches his son's teams the Palm Beach Breakers and Team Florida Hockey Warrior's teams. Professionally Dan is the Director of Vendor Relations / Operations United Franchise Group.

Justin Jantzen

12U Blue / 14U Head Coach

Justin is a level 4 USA Hockey Coach (Mite - Junior Level), his playing career consists of - Junior A Ottawa Jr, Senators, Portland Jr. Pirates, finishing with the Palm Beach Hawks as the team captain where is jersey was retired.

Justin is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, CF-L1, Justin doesn't just spend time on the ice with the players! His dedication for personal fitness with a focus on Hockey Specific Training is second to none.

Justin can also be found at the rink giving private lessons to players. 2012 - present
